What are the reasons for the air bubbles in the car stickers?

There are often customer friends who encounter bubbles that are difficult to handle during the body film. Let ’s take a look at the common causes of air bubbles in the body film to avoid it.
1. Air bubbles generated during car body filming. If such bubbles are too much, it is unavoidable. After a long time (after 3 hours), the film reaches permanent adhesion and there is almost no way to repair it; if it is a small amount of small bubbles generated by dry or wet paste You can use a special scraper to gradually drive the small bubbles together to form a larger bubble. Then use a vent pen to roll a small hole at the bottom of the bubble and use the thumb surface to drive the gas out.
2. Bubbles due to the problem of the material being veneered. Some ordinary car body foils work well after being applied, but after a period of time, a lot of small bubbles will be generated on the membrane, and more and more, this situation is generally caused by the quality of the surface material, such as mixing There are materials such as recycled acrylic sheets and ABS materials. A large amount of unstable plasticizing gas has overflowed in these materials, resulting in a lot of bubbles afterwards.
3. Bubbles from blister. Some mid-range films also have excellent ductility, which can be “sticked first and then sucked”, so that the processing of complex plastic graphics can be easily solved, such as the door of Kodak's nationwide EXPRESS photo shop . However, if the method is not correct, many small bubbles will also be generated during the blistering process. In this case, you only need to pay attention to it. When we apply the film to the acrylic board by the wet paste method, no matter how many times it is scraped It is impossible to completely dry the moisture between the film and the plate. At this time, a program is added. The dried film board is first put in an oven at 70 to 80 degrees Celsius for 3 to 4 hours, and the moisture is completely dried. Then heat blistering.
